We pay for everything associated with the project and distribute rent to ownership at the end of the month, retaining a percent of rent as a fee for services.

All we need prior to installing the storage containers is the basic dimensions of the prospective area. We then provide a testfit for building approval before moving to assembly.
Once ownership approves the layout, we schedule delivery and install of the containers, which is about a month from approval. Our third party installers can complete the job and remove all excess materials within a week of delivery.
When the container assembly is completed, we open for business! Tenants and customers can book a storage container directly on our website. If they have questions, our US-based customer service team will assist with their sign up.
