Yes! Find the location that you are interested in by entering your address here and schedule a tour by either calling the listed number or picking an available time slot on our calendar after clicking “Book a Tour”.
The minimum commitment is either one month or three months depending on the location. You can pay month to month or receive a discount on your monthly rent by paying 6 or 12 months in advance.
We don’t require notice prior to move outs, only a verification photo of the unit once emptied and vacated. This photo should include your unit number and should be emailed to reserve@localocker.com. Make sure to do this before the 1st of the month or before your anniversary if you are on a prepaid plan in order to avoid getting charged for the next pay period.
Some locations are temperature controlled and others are not. Be sure to ask our customer service team if you have specific questions about which facility is temperature controlled. None of our facilities are currently climate controlled.
We offer protection plans that you may sign up for when booking a unit! This will offer you financial protection in the unlikely but possible event of your items being damaged.
Each Local Locker location has its own unique form of access that is outlined on the location specific page. Some locations have elevators and some do not, but we are available to physically assist if you have ADA needs.
