Our spaces are all equipped with keypad access so that you can visit at your leisure, easily and contact-free. Once you book a storage locker you will receive an email with your access code to the facility, along with your locker number.
Our hours are listed on the pages for each location under “Access hours.” Most facilities are accessible from 7am-9:30pm every day. You can find the location pages by entering your address here. Some locations do not have an office on-site, so if you’re not yet a customer and want to tour the location, be sure to schedule an appointment by clicking “Book a Tour”.  (see “Can I tour the facility”).

Yes! Find the location that you are interested in by entering your address here and schedule a tour by either calling the listed number or picking an available time slot on our calendar after clicking “Book a Tour”

 
The minimum commitment is one month, and that’s it! You can rent month to month or receive a discount on your monthly rent by paying 6 or 12 months in advance.

You can give notice to cancel your lease by calling our customer service line (646) 540-7395 or sending an email to reserve@localocker.com. We require 30 days notice to cancel an upcoming billing. There are no extra cancellation fees, move-out fees or other hidden fees. Not our style.

We have a partnership with moved.com that gives us preferred rates to their best movers. You can schedule a move here: Moved.com

Some locations are climate controlled and others are not. All locations are at least temperature controlled – be sure to ask our customer service representative if you have specific questions about climate control.

We will insure your personal belongings up to $1,000 in value. Also, make sure to check your homeowners or renters insurance – most policies include coverage for storage. If not, we are happy to provide a referral to a third party insurance company.

Each Local Locker location has its own unique form of access that is outlined on the location specific page. Some locations have elevators and some do not, but we are available to physically assist if you have ADA needs.
